My Minecraft crashes when i try to play online. Help?

how do i do that? there is only 6 of us playing so far, but more have MC just are leary of trying FTB, but were working on them..

I just kept stepping for a bout 20 minutes, and so far its been about 10 minutes and everything is ok, ive blocked off that tunnel with obsidian so that nobody can get stuck there again.

New log. Sometimes everything works great for hours and hours, then other times it crashes every step if i turn quickly or something. no ic2 machines nearby.

Also sometimes things dont load, forestry machiens, bee houses, bc pipes, factorization barrels, ect
