MY FTB DONT LAUNCH

Please help me i got the launcher on my desktop i open it i launch the ftb ultimate pack and this happends http://pastebin.com/LKs2kgvM help me

Edit: Please follow the guide to install the recommneded way. FTB is not in its own folder you have the launcher on your desktop. It should be something like this C:/Users/kasper/Desktop/FTB/Ultimate

Not sure about the error, but please start by uninstalling Java 6, install Java to 7 and the latest update. You can get it from the guide for recommended install. After that please post a new console log to pastebin if updating does not fix it.
