Multiple versions of FTB

Hey guys I'm trying to find a way to have multiple versions of ftb so I don't have to re-download packs. Currently I play on 1.1.4 and 1.1.6 unleashed servers. I've installed ftb into a separate folder and changed the install directory that that was REALLY unsuccessful. Any help would be great. I'm using windows 8 if that matters. Thanks in advance.

This is a feature of the new launcher once it releases. For now, you can use the import function of multimc4.

worked like a charm I had to add -XX:MaxPermSize=128m to the JVM arguments but after that all is well. Thanks again
