Windows .exe MultiMC 5 with Direwolf 1.6.4 [Crashing]

Is anybody else having this problem? I use the FTB options within Multi MC, change the JVM [-XX:MaxPermSize=256M etcetra] and nothing I can do seems to actually stop it from crashing.

If anybody can help me at all, I'll give my Console list.

Any help as urgently as possible is asked for as I've been trying to fix the main FtB launcher to no avail and now I'm having this issue~

and you have some really strange Java flags:

so obviously changing the JVM flags didn't work right
