Its down at the moment not sure when it will be up. And proly while it is down MPCE might update it to 1.1.3. Should hopefully be back up in the 4-8 hours if not sooner.

as far as the server stability issues that we've been having lately. I'm fairly confident that it is a mystcraft problem. The server has 'closed/timed out' at exactly the same time i've been travelling through linking books. Could be a coincident, but Its happened enough times to make me think something is up...
If it is a memory lack i wouldn't really be surprised since there is over 120 mods on the server
