Problem Most BC items can't seem to be placed

So far my players have reported that they cant place bc pipes or insulated cables. I am at a loss for words as I cannot figure out why. I am able to place them just fine but a non op'd player cant seem to. Ive already checked all the plugins I used to block the placing of items and it isnt one of those. Anyone run into this and know how to fix it?

Its one of your plugins being misconfigured. Most likely your permissions plugin or a block control plugin.

if you are using mytown, there is an option to not allow placment of buildcraft items. Let us know what plugins you are using, and what permission system for better assistance ;P
