Monitoring liquid levels in OpenBlocks tanks

Is there a way to monitor how much liquid is in openblocks tanks?

I'm thinking computercraft maybe, but not sure.

from the versions I'm playing WAILA does not currently support openblock tanks

Do comparators work? I'd try it myself, but tbh I'm lazy.

Eyeball mk1 works pretty well in my experience since the tanks are clear and all.

anyway isn't there a way to idk program a turtle to check for this info or use computercraft? It seems quite simple

But but but....what about Extra Utilities' Drums? I can't "eyeball" that.

And "a few drops of mob essence" is too damn vague.

There might be a way to wrap the tank as a peripheral with ComputerCraft, but I'm not 100% sure. I know it can be done with iron tanks, but that's all I've seen before.
