I thought so aswell, Project E is pretty much EE2, only ported to a newer version with other textures

Cuchaz was supposed to be doing something like that with his Tall Worlds mod wasn't he? I can't find much on it since earlier this year, but it seemed to show some activity at the time.
As awesome as tc4 has become does anyone else miss the look and feel of tc2? Tanks of vis and taint, cool looking dark and light purple tubes running all over my walls. Maybe im just looking for an "alchemical chemistry set mod" again I love love tc4. Tc2 was one of the first mods I ever played in 1.2.5 so maybe its nostalgia.
I made an entire resourcepack dedicated to TC2 using TC4. It is such nostalgia <3

In the same vein does anyone remember the camera mod that among other things acted like a method of warping. You would take a picture with the ability to hang it on the wall and step thru the picture to your destination. Simply called cameracraft I think.

Was so cool to have a picture to walk thru. Gave me a "Legacy of the Ancients" vibe an incredible c64 gsme I played when I was a kid.

I believe someone is working on a runic dust revival here, not sure how well they are doing though. Also I miss Hack/Mine, do not think that made it out of 1.2.5.
