Summary of the problem Mods stopped spawning

What is the bug? After going to the Aroma's mining world mobs stopped spawning in both worlds

Is it repeatable? It is only happening the first time in the mining world

Known Fix After changing the difficulty, mobs started to spawn again

Could not reproduce this in a single player world.

Was this single player or multiplayer?

Have you added or removed anything from the pack?

Is this happening on all new worlds you've tried, or did you just try it once?

It was in single player

Have you added or removed anything from the pack?

I have removed the mod that provide the GUI scaling and added Optifine

Is this happening on all new worlds you've tried, or did you just try it once?

It did happened on another world I created to test it
