Mods don't work

Hey,

When I try to install mods, ftb doesn't load

It just goes black after Mojang screen.

Why does this happen?

I am assuming by the log you are trying to add gregtech to the unleashed pack. Check out the thread below for help. Also make sure that you are using the correct version of gregtech for the version of ic2.

Added URL to classpath: file:/C:/Users/joaniiieee/Desktop/Unleashed/instMods/gregtechmod.zip

Most if not all mods you want to add go into the mods folder. The exceptions will more than likely tell you so. Make sure you have the 1.5.2 version of GregTech, 3.11 You can get it from here, second post 'Downloadlinks of OLDER versions', or from the Unhinged pack. Also gregtechmod.zip goes into the mods folder and not the instMods or jar mods folder. If that fails to get the mod added try the link UniZero gave.

Yea. I put the mod in different folders to see if I can get it to work but generally put it in the mods folder first and it was a no go. I think I've done all that I could through google and playing around with the other parts of the launcher.

I've went into that link the guy above you posted too, and that too didn't help. Followed the directions given in the first two threads that seemed to help people but no me.

I think all I can do is try to see if I can get an older version to work.
