It's the spiritual descendant of Ultimate, having almost all of Ultimate's mods and then some, including Gregtech(on easy mode) It even includes a preconfigured IRC mod set to the #PlayTPPI channel so if you need help in game, just type it in chat.
Note that TPPI is system-intensive, so it isn't the best choice of a modpack if you want good FPS.

Actually unless you have some monster of a computer - I'd recommend said JVM arguments regardless of pack.

I still fine them very useful.
His stop my MultiMC from crashing every 5 minutes.
