Basically people who post in really old threads without a good reason. Or when they post in really old threads when it would be better just to post a new one with a modified topic, since arguments die out after a while and nobody wants to continue arguing after a thread has died.

Necro = Necromancer
Necromancers = Revive the dead
Threads that are finished = Dead
