50 I don't know, hopefully the antibiotics will ward off infections. He is way to tired to do anything, more than he usually is. I don't think he has gone outside yet.

64. Yeah, but I'm at the "I no longer fit into some of my trousers" stage of needing to lose weight; its pretty serious at that point
65 I'm on the edge of underweight. My Great Dane nearly weights as much as me.
I think stressmonster did a fitnesscraft series or something similar, try doing something similar
67. I really should do something like that. Motivation is a struggle at the moment; I was really motivated last year, lost about 4 stone, but this year has just been a washout :/
