Mismatching ID's

Hi, I build a world in FTB Ultimate 1.4.7, but I wanna update to FTB Unleashed 1.5.2. I copied the world save to the Unleashed pack but when I open the world it gives me a error about id mismatching, when I press ok minecraft closes, how can I resolve this? I don't wanna lose this world and I wanna be on 1.5.

You'd have to edit the ID's in question into a range where they do not interfere with each other anymore?
