Is there a way to mine bedrock in the FTB monster pack?
Reason being, I plan on doing some big stuff in the nether.

If you are trying to get to the top of the nether you can use the enderpearl glitch but if you are actually trying to break it, I can only think of rotary craft

All you need to learn to work with RoC is:

Everything = 2^x
and
4 * 4 = (4/2) * (4*2)

There is a simpler but much less well known way to get bedrock. It even works in vanilla.

You need a wooden pick and the silk touch enchantment.

By a quirk of the way the game is coded, if you mine continually for 742 ticks (74.2 seconds) the block will break. You need to be really exact but it works.
