Details of the issue I was installing Sky Factory 3 on my server but this erroer is popping up:

You should contact your server provider for support using their service.

We don't typically support Multicraft installs, primarily because we have no way of knowing how each Multicraft instance is set up, what files it's looking for etc etc. That is something that your server provider is able to help with (they set up the system you are using). If their support refuses to help you then you should probably start looking for a host that does provide support. One of the primary benefits of using game specific hosting is that the support team knows what they are doing and can help you when you get stuck.
