Minecraft clients copying cfg from server

I run a FTB server and I've made a few medications to the GregTech config files and I'd like anyone who connects to automatically sync their config files to be the same as the server's. Is this at all possible?
 
As long as they play on your server, they use the configs that are in the servers files.

So you've done all that's needed alrdy ^^
