He is changing the cost to 30mU in future versions. Plus I only assumed as I'm not sure how to the costs work out so until you see otherwise you can assume my math is wrong.

Confirmed on the spawns. This is what i found in a new test world with DW20 pack. The 3 blueish blobs in the stone are the apatite. Found 3 similar but smaller veins out in the world.
That's 58 blocks of apatite exposed to the world, not including any others underneath the visible layer.
Side note, need to change the texture now so it's not so overkill with the large veins.

So, about a hundred ore blocks? That's still a whole darn lot, but not as bad as Bickers made it sound.
