Mindcrack Pack still getting updated?

The Mindcrack Pack is pretty outdated. 1.7 is going to be out soon and it is still in 1.4.7.
Is the pack still getting updated? Has there been any news about it not getting updated anymore or any kind of news about it?
I did a quick search and could not find anything about it.

It's probably not going to be updated because of redpower. The mindcracks heavily use it, so their entire bases would probably be gone if they removed it. I'd recommend Unleashed + Gregtech for the closest thing to it.

The mindcrack guys just stopped playing FTB. I think they were talking about updating the pack, but only a few guys would play there and so they decided against.

They're busy with the new map. They'll get bored of it eventual, and talk about re-opening a FTB server. Time will tell I suppose.

Yep, since it's a mod pack designed by the Mindcrack crew, a new Mindcrack pack won't be made/updated until they give a new mod list and configs to the FTB staff.

GenerikB was saying that there has been talks about resetting their ftb world so that might mean a new pack is coming. He was also criticizing ftb being too easy and thats why he prefers vanilla. So might or might not happen. A definite maybe

Another Mindcracker (dunno who it was) also said that like only 3 or 4 of them would play there and that's why it's pretty unlikely

Kinda ironic cos they should be specifying what's in the pack, they want it hard they have the ability to ask for mods to be added/removed/changed and configs tweaked.

They think modded MC is too easy they should try Magic Farm (on hardcore) for a real taste of a real mod pack.
