Mindcrack Pack and Teleporting

I have a Mindcrack Pack server running and would like to enable the waypoint teleport feature for all players, does anyone know if this is possible without giving full admin rights?

You could set up command blocks with teleport commands that specify the coordinates you want to tp to? I know in my SSP I usually end up with a TP-Hub where there are a bunch of TP-Commandblocks that I use for fast travel. =)
