Mind Crack FTB chunk loaders please help

Im running a server with my friends on a host we bought, and when I try to craft chunk loader from the chicken chunks mod it wont let me and when i even make myself creative it wont let me give it to myself, and in the single player it works,
I looked up in the configs of it and reintalled the CodeChickenChunks in the Coremods,
so if anyone could help me get it to work, or tell me where in the config i can change it because i didnt found, or what sould i reinstall to make it work!
please help me im so much willing to get this chunk loader!
