Memory issues

Our server just started having major lag issues, there is just a few things that have changed recently.

1. I have been using a lot of microblocks in building my base.
2. another player has been making a large automated bee farm.

Would either of these be causing memory issues? Namely the microblocks?

i heard RP relays can cause lag if they are using those to automate

I have quite a few microblocks in my base, with no lag issues. What set up is he using for his bee automation? Any quarries? Filters? Mystcraft ages?

I think I found the issue, a transposer was feeding the drones back into a line of apiaries, and the excess drones were backing up into the transposer. Dozens of drones were in the transposer.
