Memory Error?

Details of the issue:
I load FTB, then when it loads it is frozen with the launcher repeatedly telling me that java is out of memory, I recently changed it down to 2 GBs alloted to it, and I only have 4 gigs on this computer. If someone knows whats up, pls let me know​

Well you're not giving it enough memory.

Sorry dude, but 4GB on system is a darn low amount nowadays especially for modded MC purposes.

I know it is, I honestly expected this answer. Stinks but frankly, this is a 2011 model iMac, what do I expect? Anyway, I'm upgrading the RAM so it shouldn't be an issue
