What is the bug? When I connect the universal cable (from mekanism) to a generator which generates RF or to a RF-battery (like the capacitor bank from enderio) and connect it to some mekanism machines the internal buffer of the generator or the battery fills up but the machines do not receive anny energy.

I also tried setting the side of the capacitor bank to extract and setting the cable to pull but it didn't help.

Is it repeatable? Yes,. For example by connecting a filled capacitor bank to a mekanism machine with mekanism universal cables.

I am having this issue in single player. The weird thing is that it was working on a server.

EDIT: Just setup my own server with the default configs. Universal cables only transfer power from mekanism energy cubes.
