Issue with mob spawning. Switch to creative before logging onto the world, switch back to whatever difficulty you were on and see if the problem comes back.

E: Do you happen to be near a Thaumcraft hill whatever it's called that has a baddie node in the middle along a zombie + a skeleton spawner with few chests on the bottom?

I removed fastcraft from my server and from my local. Tried adding optifine to server but it didnt even work so i removed it. Should i try recreating the world on the server?

No. One of the mods you have is messing mobspawning. Ya should try removing mob adding mods one by one till the culprit is found

I recreated the world before i got your last post, and it seems to be working fine now. Must've spawned by one of those thaumcraft things u spoke of.

Or you could be smart and try to force update first.

I obviously refuse to be logical enough to suggest that first.
