Material Energy 3 is not listed in 3rd party mods

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
The launcher only lists 10 3rd party mods when I'm sure that there are more including one that I wanted to play with him. It appears in his client but not mine. He has the same launcher version. I've deleted all FTB Directories including the one in C:\ftb, %appdata%ftbsomething, and USERNAME\ftbfiles then downloaded the client fresh but the problem persists.​

Oh so it's because his launcher hasn't refreshed the list then?
