Mass World Issues

I have read up on my (possible) current problem: World Leaks. I run a private 10 slot server, and I am unable to save the world state, after restart every two hours, it reverts to the previous state. I am receiving an error over the console of World Leaks. I have no idea how to solve this or if this is the cause of my main issue. Any attempt of help is greatly appreciated, and I will post the console if needed. Thank you for reading this and your help if given.

The easiest solution is to go to each individual dimension and mystcraft world and set up a single spot or chunk loader.

Otherwise your going to be disabling a lot of mods.
