Map merging...?

Hello everyone
I have two singleplayer worlds (FTB Ultimate 1.1.2)
Each one has one Mystcraft age and it's neather
Is there a way to merge these two worlds into one
I mean to travel across them maybe with a mystcraft book

I just want to have a main overworld and neather and books to go to the other map/maps(not mystcraft ages) and its nether

please let me know

hm. I've never tried to do so, but i imagine if you replaced the dimension world folder for some random age with the one you wanted it to be, it would work. I'll have to test it. Kinda sad that no one has replied besides me, though...
