Mana pools not working in Infinity

That's interesting. In my Bevo 11 world it's giving prismarine. Must be a different version of botania

Nether Quartz actually has 3 infusions.

Nether Quartz > Mana Quartz (No Catalyst)
Nether Quartz > Prismarine (Alchemy Catalyst)
Nether Quartz > 2xNether Quartz (Conjuration Catalyst)
