Solved Main world stuck in daytime.

This isn't a big problem but I noticed that the sun is stuck in the sky mid day and /time 0 sets it to morning but 5 seconds later every time it just goes back up in the sky and no command blocks were used is there a plugin config I screwed up? Here is the list of plugins, from which would I be able to turn this off and allow night?

Was the overworld generated with mystcraft then transferred back?

Check everyone who has OP. Using the NEI cheat mode you can lock the server to a specific time of day.

ok thanks, how do I unlock the time of day with nei?

If anyone of the 4 time symbols are greyed out, just click them to unlock them.

None are grayed out and when I press one it turns to that time but then resets to midday.

Found out a op used the command /freezetime because everyone was complaining about mobs... Sorry if this wasted your time.
