Well yes, I started like 2 weeks ago playing feed the beast so i dont know anything, But i have managed to make a pump in the nether wich pumps lava to overworld and put it into magmatic engines but it doesnt seem to be efficient. I have 6 magmatic engines. This should output intotal: 24 MJ/t, But every magmatic engines seem to output not more then 0.4 MJ is there anything wrong with my setup / can anyone help me?

Hi, how much energy is in the energy cell there? If its full the engines will throttle themselves back after they fill their internal storage.

Its completely empty and the max input / output is on 100

I'm actually adding more redstone conduits to the system maybe it cant handle the power at the conduits?

#Edit: Still doesnt seem to work.

I see the output from the cell is correctly set to orange, just to be sure the conduits at the cell are orange too yeah? If the cell is empty the engines certainly should be running full bore, so I'm not sure what else it could be. You can make a thing called multimeter which can show how full a conduit is or how much energy a cell is requesting.

I can't really make it out but it looks to me like the redstone energy conduit you have attached to the Magamatics is not set up properly. The connections to the Magamatics should have an orange arrow facing AWAY from the Magamatics, to do this simply right click the REC with either crescent hammer or an Omni-Wrench.

If possible can you get another picture with the redstone energy conduit setup you have in sight.

you need to show form the far side with the engines showing the connection to conduits , normally its the conduits just need a whack of a wrench/hammer.

Yep im sorry that's it, I heard in a youtube video saying: The engine would deposit power into the conduit whatever the state of the conduit is, So yeah, But its fixed now thanks to all :D

The conduits and the cells both allow you to change polarity, between either receiving or sending. With cells that is controlled by redstone signal, which is adjusted in the cell interface. From memory it is high for sending, low for receiving. With the conduits, you have to notice the direction that the arrow is pointing, and wrench it without sneak to change it.
