Magmatic Engine help?

Heyo, im using some magmatic engines, however when i place them they are at 4.0 mj then they drop to .5mj over a few seconds..there is more than enough available space for energy (redstone energy cell and TE machines) so IDK what is going on. Anyone help?

If the magmatics are throttling down, there is no where for the energy to go. So first, check and make sure the arrow on the conduit is pointing away from the engine, and two, make sure the energy cell is set to receive maximum input. If those aren't it, send a screenshot.

Im retarded, arrows pointing wrong way thanks for the help nonetheless, tho

Easy mistake to make - Thermal Expansion engines are the only ones that care about which way the conduit connected to them is pointing. If you're using anything other than a magmatic or steam engine, you can use either setting and it's the same.
