Mac Fn key makes me not move.

Details of the issue:
When I press the fn key, it make it so I can't move or even press the esc key. I'm able to move the mouse, but it seems that I can't move like I'm suck in that position. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix?​

That's the problem though, you need to these to bring of fps, menus, other stuff. I'm looking for a fix to this problem, not a answer that I already know.
