Low FPS FTB All Modpacks

Hello,

I have FPS problems when i play FTB, doesn't matter what modpack, whether it's Yogscraft, Direwolf or anything else i always have around 15 FPS, but it's wierd because i can run my vanilla minecraft on highest settings with 80-125 FPS, and my laptop is pretty good so... I really don't know the problem, i use 5GB of my max 8GB, so that isn't the problem i think. (I have optifine installed!) My java is up to date and is 64 bits.

Model: Alienware M17XR4
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30GHz (8 cores/2 quad cores)
Installed memory (RAM): 8,00 GB (7,87 GB available)
Type system: 64 bits
Display adapters: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M

If you need more of my laptop settings, just ask me.
And thanks if you can help me! I should love to play FTB smoothly!

To establish a baseline, please read the quote. Many problems are solved by the troubelshooting guide, and those that aren't, we can work on from here.
Please read below. Please be sure to read all of the info available in the 2 articles.

This is to rule out any issues with your setup.
Please attempt to launch the modpack, and open a new world save to make sure the setup is correct.
Now, continue on to check your previous saves, changes to the pack, textures, etc. until you're able to reproduce the error with the clean setup.

When the error has been repeated, please post your complete client-side (launcher) console log in debug-mode to pastebin.com and link your paste URL here.

I did some of the things but nothing changes, still 10-20 fps, but when i join the server i have around 50 fps for a few seconds and then it drops.
And i have sphax purebdcraft texture pack but before the texture pack my fps was 10-20 aswell so that isnt the problem.
