Looking For Players and YouTubers

Hello,
My friend and I are starting up a FTB server not sure what pack but we are looking for people to do this with. Unaccountably we do have some requirements. But we are looking for people and are in need.
Why do this? It will help your YouTube channel grow by promotion of other people with out work.
Requirements:
Have a good mic to speak in as well as Skype!
Be at least 15 years old and MATURE.
Maybe willing to chip in for the server fee sometime.
Being on the server frequently.
Capable of having a good time
Understand the procedures of doing YouTube.

You may have a plan of what you’re going to do. Will it be a magic mod a Technic mod?
Tutorials or just LP doing the stuff you like to do?
If you are looking for a decent player/youtuber you should at least give some basic info before someone goes to “work” with you.
If your just looking for some guys for your server and have a nice time ignore the above
