Looking For A YouTube Partner/Friend

Hey, everyone looking at this post, I am Xarthication and I run a YouTube channel, but here's the thing, my current "friend" I do videos with is unavailable and unreliable at times. I just want to make a good friend to make videos with me, and I'm going to be blunt with you, on who/what I want from the people hoping to be my friend.

1. 13-15(Because I'm 13 myself and it'll be kind of odd having an adult has my partner)
2. Full known English(Self explanatory)
3. The means to record
