I've some what narrowed my search to 3gb at fragnet or ovh Ks3. I'm not sure which one to go with and any input would be helpful.

Looking for a new server host.

I have decided to go with a dedicated server and I'm stuck between these two servers. Both are 80$ a month.

Backups I planned on downloading to my desktop, that is if you mean world backups. I'm new to the dedicated route so I'm trying to learn all I can.
The server with the Xeon is with Razorservers, I've seen a few negative reviews and before I ordered I wanted to get any input about them from people that have used them.
I would go for the Larger hard drive BUT I would also prefer the intel E3 over the i5. They are on different packages so make your choice.
Here my idea I would say for speed and "power" the first one will work, however yep your limited by less than half the space for what you can store so this will work great for a high quality 10-30 slots server in which your CPU won't be throttling your actions on your server. However for the overhead and everything you will have about 6GB of ram for the server itself (of course this will variety server to server) so if you want a powerful box that the way to go. Oh and who can say no to unmetered bandwidth? The other one doesn't sucks but probably better if you wanna have say a couple of things say a minecraft server, web server, and a voice server all in one. The machine won't preform as well with that processor but it is not one of those garbage L5520 CPUs. Plus you get more storage and a bigger port, with a 20TB block that will work good actually.

For just 5-10 players I would go for the Xeon. If you ever plan on making your server public, I would go with the i5 and install TickThreading. I already chose a host but told ppx hosting that I would keep them in mind if my current host doesn't work out.

Idk why but I am getting this.. Oops! Google Chrome could not find ppxhositng.com.. I am really going overboard If we need to pay 48 bucks for a 4GB server with a 0.1ghz slower processor.
