Private Pack Looking for a magic-less server

Does it even exist? a modpack & server that does not have any magic at all?

That is what I am looking for.
I would customize a mod pack myself, but I don't know how to do it.

No thuamcraft, no blood magic, none of it.
I just want a server where I can play without having to worry about magic & where I can build till my heart's content.

At this point, I really do not believe that it exists outside of vanilla minecraft.
Can someone please prove me wrong?

He probably build a base somewhere near a tainted land and never wants that to happen again.

I never have touched magic based mods myself and had quite some fun with the DW20, Monster and TPPI pack. If you want to create your own pack, just start with the monster (or any other) pack and remove the magic mods. The FTB launcher has a button called "edit modpack". Just remove the magic mods and be done with it.
