Request Looking For a Friendly Infinity Server

I need someone that has a Infinity server, where I can record for YouTube on. I need a server where there isn't billions of items banned, and isn't a server that's going to close down the next month. I want to be able to have fun on a multiplayer server and not feel limited. I also don't mind if it's whitelisted.

Very small list of banned items (iirc, only chunkloaders and dimension creating is forbidden), piece of useful server-mods, stable online, quiet and frienly community. We also have TS server, IRC and Curse chat.
The only problem: this is whitelist server. :3

I don't mind it being whitelisted, the only problem is no chunkloaders, I understand why making worlds is banned though.
