Login fail

heyho guys

a few days ago the mojang server were down but i didn`t knew so i couldns log into my account.
I deleted it and tryed it again but it won´t work(server down)
So now when i try to log in it only works if i put in my email adress, i think its cause i changed my minecraft.net acc to an mojan acc and when i try to login at minecraft.net it only works with my email adress, too. When i am logged in with my email i cant join server, so what shall i do now?
