Living chestplate upgrade points

I've done the mumbo-jumbo, drank the vile draught, and have my 300 upgrade points. I also have a level 10 Experienced upgrade, which I anvilled together out of two lvl 9s, but now it won't let me install it on the chestplate cos it needs 350 upgrade points.

Is it possible to get more tha 300 points? What other options are there?

Thanks for your reply - I did do a search before posting.

I've actually already done the ritual of living evolution, as well as swallowed the potion - that's how I got to 300 upgrade points.

My question is: is there a way of getting more upgrade points, i.e., more than 300?
