Depends on what you call special, I guess. I can't open portals or transport settlements across dimensions or anything obviously useful right now, but I should be able to fend off anyone who attacks us while you're all moving to this other dimension, for a little while, at least.

Well, I can see why you would be worried but Xanther is right as long as we don't know anything about the danger we may be better of to stay here.
We can't live forever outside as there is not enough energy there and then there is also the chance of just walking straight to the danger.
