*I stand, trying to chase after the soldiers*

The boy holds you back and whispers: let the soldiers enter the cave I have a surprise for them. He takes the fox to the back of the cave, there are rocks there to shelter in case they have arrows.
The soldiers enter the cave, but only screams of pain can be heard. You start to smell burning flesh. However their are not enough drawings to stop all of them and the boy knows this. He gets one of his vials and spits in it, he also gets some spittle from the fox and then throws it to the soldiers. A reddish fog appears out of the vial covering the whole cave. The boy gets the fox and walks past the soldiers, it looks like the remaining soldiers don't see the boy or the fox.

Once outside the boy runs away with the fox to his traps.

*The fox unknowingly gets trapped in one of the traps*

 

[lenscas]

*The soldiers are close, the boy knows he needs to make a choice as getting the fox out will take too much time and even though he has enough ways to escape he can't think of any that would also safe the fox.
He decides to try and safe the fox but before the fox is freed he feels the cold steel of a sword in his back. He gets pushed to the ground and he doesn't fight back as everything he could do would take too long. His hands get chained together and everything he wears gets removed as the soldiers are too scared for him and his stuff. He then gets put back on his feet and needs to follow the soldiers.

The fox stays behind, the trapped is weakened so it might be able to escape but the boy and the soldiers are now out of eye sight

*I swing around in my trap, howling*

*As night falls you manages to escape. The creatures of the night awake and seek pray*

*I run back to the cave we were in*

 

[lenscas]

*Like expected the boy is not there, not as expected the dead bodies of the soldier are also not here anymore and most of the symbols have been removed*

*I cry and scream. It has a voice of a young girl (duh, what do you expect from me? But then again, I imagined the fox as male)*

 

[lenscas]

*The creatures of the night reply with their own howls, they cast fear upon everything and everyone that hears them as it is the sign of death*

 

[sgbros1]

*I run to the back of the cave and fall to sleep, scared and worried*

 

[lenscas]

*It is a cold night, as the creatures of the night get close to the cave weird shadows play on the walls casting fear upon everyone that sees them.*

*I am asleeeeeeep*

 

[lenscas]

*The fox wakes up after a whole night of nightmares.*

 

[sgbros1]

*I run around, trying to look for the boy*

 

[lenscas]

*You find his traces, they lead outside the forest to a small camp close to the ruins of the village*

 

[sgbros1]

*I follow it*

 

[lenscas]

*The camp contains a few tents and everyone is busy trying to rebuild the village and to bury every corpse that still got found.
In the middle is a big cage with the boy. He is blind folded and his arms are chained to walls in such a way that he can't move them. The only thing he can do is to stand in the middle of the cage.

*I run up to the boy's cage, yipping and finally saying my first word:*
N...nnn...no...!

 

[lenscas]

*As the boy hears the fox he smiles. Some soldiers notice the fox and start to chase it. The boy bites his lip until blood falls on the ground and tries to make symbols with the blood using his toes, he knows this is his chance as no one looks at him*
