Good, that gives me some time to prepare something. That piece of bone either needs to go back in place or needs to be gone, and as I am not a doctor who can safely put it back I think removing it is our only option.

*Mandred prepares some stuff and eats. Lazarus body shakes a little from sickness and pain*

*Lazarus wakes up, he is too weak to do anything*
*Mandred:*
He will probably not like it but it needs to happen.
*Mandred gets the knife and lays Lazarus in his back, making sure the even if he starts to vomit he wouldn't drown in it.
He then tries to cut the piece of bone. Lazarus is too weak to fight back or scream and eventually the job is done. Mandred then uses some skin he found while getting the food to bandage the wound after trying to clean the wound with his own blood*

*Lazarus moves his hands a little, not much strength is left or better said no strength is left*

*Mandred puts the blanket on top of you and gives you the pillow, he then sits close by with a knife in his hand.*

*I coax Lazarus to sleep. Eventually he does*
*I whisper to Mandred asking him whether he could get us some food*

*Mandred thinks he can and goes get it. A few moments later those girls stand next to you again, one sets her knife on your throat before you could do anything*

*The girl who put the knife on your throat smiles, another one removes the blanket and discoverers Lazarus, she gets a rope made out of the guts from humans and uses that to strangle him. Lazarus is too weak to fight back and after a while he doesn't move any more. The girl who removed the blanket then gets a knife and cuts off one of Laxantha's breasts. Before they can do more harm Mandred is back and scares them off*

*Mandred tries to stop the bleeding with random things that lay around and then goes to Lazarus. He discoverers that he is still breathing and lays him on his back as right now he lays on his stomach and that can't be good for his wound*
