What did you do to him? He normally can't even get close to defending himself and now he killed someone because he attacked another being.
Whatever it is, make sure he stays this way and make sure he will only defend himself and not attack random people.

*The boy smiles and it doesn't take long before blood flows again. The child gets one of the knifes and removes some of the skin of the dead body to make a bandage for the boy once he is finished. He then proceeds to remove uneatable organs from said body*
