Launching 1.6.4 packs issue!

Everytime I launch a 1.6.4 pack I get this error.

Not sure about the exact cause of the error, but you have multiple versions of Java installed that might be causing this. Remove all older and all 32bit versions from you computer. Once done please post a new log.
