Windows .exe Launcher fails. Network unreachable: connect

Using latest launcher (v1.2.6) and when it starts to load, in the console it says:
Network is unreachable: connect: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable: connect

The guide you linked to did not work. It still says the same thing when I start the launcher.
