Are you running in Portuguese? Try running in English, load a modpack, then exit and restart the launcher. This looks like an error in the localization code.

Install the English language pack for window from Microsoft, that should help.

I have Windows Home Basic, so I cant change the language

Please open a support ticket about this issue. I don't think we can fix this one, I believe it's an error with the localization files.
