Recently I have been having problems with the latest launcher.
-When installing, I get this error.
"Installing under C:/Users/<username> is not recommended and can cause problems."
-It launches starting at the bottom of the mod list.
-Whenever I delete all the files, (to re-install everything) my original profile is still in the list.
These may be small bugs, but if there is a way to fix them, it would be nice to know. Thanks!

That's not a bug, it's a legitimate warning that you're not doing something in the recommended way. If you want to get rid of that error, change "Install Location" in the Options tab to "C:\FTB" or "C:\Games\FTB" (no quotes).

-Whenever I delete all the files, (to re-install everything) my original profile is still in the list.
Another intended feature. To remove everything related to FTB and make a completely fresh install, follow these instructions (back anything you want up before following these instructions):
  1. Delete the folder listed under "Install Location" in Options (which, as mentioned above, should ideally be something like C:\FTB or C:\Games\FTB).
  2. Press windows+r, type "%appdata%" into the window that appears.
  3. A window will open, this window should have a folder called "ftblauncher" in it. Delete that too.
  4. Now, everything should be completely gone and you can make a fresh install.
As for the scrolling, that might be an actual bug, but it's not a particularly major one (thank god).
