also, whats weird is that an mfr block placer ends up getting loaded, when it places a block, even though the rest of the chunk is not loading. and, the factorization lacerator that i have set up is lacerating the iron ore, when placed, and outputting it to an inventory, i assume, even though its not loaded up.... its so wierd.

Like everyone else has said, it's most likely related to the 404 mods. That many will cause issues, it's as simple as that.
